From Farm
to Export
A traceable, quality-controlled production journey ensuring consistent standards at every step.
Avocado Sourcing
Our journey begins at the farm. We partner directly with over 2,500 smallholder farmers, including major plantation operators and smaller agro-communities. Every harvest is ethically documented, establishing a foundation of proven traceability.
- Direct partnership with over 2,500 smallholder farmers
- Strict adherence to peak-ripeness harvest windows
- Complete farm-to-facility lot traceability
Sorting & Grading
Fruit arriving at our intake facility passes through automated optical sorting and rigorous manual inspection, ensuring only produce meeting our grade standards advances to extraction.
Optical Sorting
High-speed camera arrays reject undersize, overripe, or damaged fruit at up to 12 tonnes per hour.
Manual Grading
Trained quality inspectors perform secondary visual checks before intake to the press line.
Cold Press Extraction
Our extraction operation — running fresh fruit at below 27 °C at all times — preserves the full bioactive profile, colour, aroma, and nutritional density of each batch. Temperature is monitored continuously.
Quality Control & Lab Testing
Every batch is evaluated in our ISO-certified on-site laboratory before it may proceed to filling. We test for free fatty acid content, peroxide value, colour, moisture, and trace contaminants — rejecting any result outside specification.
- ISO 22000 certified facility and testing protocols
- Rapid testing — results within 4 hours of pressing
- Full certificates of analysis issued per lot
